Dear Fellow American,

I write you now in faith that you are seriously interested in the preservation of the fundamental premises of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Therefore I urge you to join me in promoting public awareness and immediately requesting that grave questions of possible illegal conduct by Kenneth Starr in his investigation of the President be answered before impeachment inquiry can begin. In the following letter to the Attorney General, further argumentation is presented to support the international need to move quickly on this matter. Please know my deepest gratitude in advance for any consideration or help you render in answering my concerns.

Subj: Call for Full Investigation of Possible Wrongdoing by Kenneth Starr

As a deeply concerned American citizen, I seek from my heart a rapid end to the worldwide obsession of the long past immoral misconduct of Bill Clinton and legal controversy over questioning in personal matters of the President of the United States. I respectfully request a full disclosure and investigation of any possible wrongful doing by Judge Kenneth Starr BEFORE impeachment inquiry begins.

Is it indeed possible that Kenneth Starr has blatantly abused the power of his position to manipulate and distort the laws prescribed in the Constitution and Bill of Rights for the malicious intent of toppling the President of the United States over matters no other man in America would be criminally charged with?

Is it indeed possible that Kenneth Starr has sought to find and promote legal distortions and charges at no time in history ever prosecuted as crimes since his 1994 personal involvement with the Paula Jones case as cited by Salon Magazine for the sole purpose of crucifying President Clinton?

Is it indeed possible that Kenneth Starr coerced, blackmailed and manipulated his star witness, Monica Lewinsky, with the threat of 5 years in jail for the unproven potential crime of criminal perjury never before prosecuted in return for her testimony to disgrace the President?

Did Kenneth Starr illegally attempt to wiretap Monica Lewinsky to entrap President Clinton in a conversation with Vernon Jordan regarding seeking a job for her (a legal activity Starr alleged and personally deemed an impeachable offense with full knowledge the job seeking started months before the Jones case connection), as cited in Steve Brill's Pressgate?

Was it legal for Kenneth Starr to detain Monica Lewinsky for hours of traumatic interrogation by prosecuting attorneys and FBI agents without the presence of her attorney as reported by those privately investigating a coverup of wrongdoing?

Why is there never any mention of the immorality or potential illegality of the outrageous extreme ways and means Kenneth Starr invaded and destroyed Monica Lewinsky's guaranteed right to privacy down to the most intimate personal details (not possible to prove as fact) and making these details the most worldwide publicly exposed of a woman in all of history?

Was Kenneth Starr continually involved in illegal leaking of secret Grand Jury Testimony during the Lewinsky/Clinton investigation?

If and when Kenneth Starr were to be found guilty of any number of possible illegal actions, abuse of power and/or wrongful conduct, would that not throw into question the entire legality of the Grand Jury testimonies and evidence he's offered as "proof" of impeachable offenses by the President of the United States?

It is not only in the best interest and true desire of the American people's "right to know" the answers to these questions and many more regarding Kenneth Starr. These are also serious grave questions being raised by a multitude of leaders of democratic nations seeking American historical precedents and supporting the continued strong leadership of President William Clinton. The entire world is in dire urgent need to learn the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth on all reasons why the Institution of the Presidency of the United States has been undermined and weakened since 1994 by Kenneth Starr's investigations.
