The majority Republican Party appears to be heading unaminously without question towards impeaching and removing the President of the United States primarily based on two charges:

1) Making false or misleading statements in a deposition of a civil case on personal private matters ruled by the Judge as immaterial and irrelevant to her decision to dismiss the claims which did not rise to the legal definition of sexual assault or sexual harrassment from the Plaintiff's testimony alone. No other American in the history of the United States has ever even been subjected to this level of questioning, let alone prosecuted for not telling the whole truth about such immaterial matters. Yet politically motivated funding by right wing conservatives as well as the personal involvement of Judge Starr himself back in 1994 brought the Jones case and deposition to this pivotal point. Is this the means the American people and the founding fathers truly and justly would want used to determine the first removal of a President?

2) Making false or misleading statements in Grand Jury testimony in an investigation itself riddled with controversial potential legal wrongdoing and political motivation. Attempts to prove socalled criminal perjury then center around the star witness, Monica Lewinsky, a woman who claims herself to have lied all her life and is reported to be under medical treatment for depression. If and when Ms. Lewinsky were to be questioned about the cause of her depression, it is most probable one would find the cause being that her right to privacy was criminally invaded and exposed to over a billion people in the world at the same time she was traumatized by Starr's investigation and threatened with 27 years in jail for committing a crime never charged of another American citizen in history. But Republican leaders stand united in blatant refusal to investigate the investigation no matter whether there's any real possible criminal wrongdoing with it or not. Then they seek to latch onto any testimony by Ms. Lewinsky which is incrimating to the President as absolute truth while dismissing as lies any testimony by Ms. Lewinsky which is exculpatory. Is this the means the American people and the founding fathers truly and justly would want used to determine the first removal of a President?

The majority Republican Party is exhibiting hellbound intentions to use this trivial pursuit of crimes that never existed as crimes before this to disrupt and practically shut down urgent pressing legislation which is truly in the best interest of the majority of American people. They show no care, consideration nor the slightest interest in the damage they are doing and would do to vital trusted relationships with leaders around the world which President Clinton has nurtured for 6 years with numerous acclaimed and highly respected achievements. They prefer to further humiliate and embarrass the President for misconduct stopped by his own embarrassed conscience the beginning of 1997 and show total disregard for his repentance, numerous apologies and clear faithful intention to never let anything like that ever happen again. They would sooner place the fate of American history's first removal of a President in the hands of Monica Lewinsky and her further detailed testimony over legal sexual misconduct internationally televised before Congress than pause for one single second to examine any possible crimes of Kenneth Starr.

Is this really what the majority of Americans want for the holidays this year? If not, I urge the loudest protest of this farce to Congress that they've ever heard by all means possible.
