Tips for Weight Loss

Simply, getting weight equals getting fat. Burning your fat means a weight loss. Most of weight loss tips will tell you to practice, or to diet, or to keep a food diary, or to wrap your body and loss 13 inches immediately. It is true to have a year long solution, instead of a new year resolution. No matter what kind of resolution you have, the following tips will help you do you job of weight loss.

1) Deep Breath - at least 50 times per day;

2) Drink Tea - at least three cups per day;

3) Exercise - at least massage your belly for 10 minutes per day;

4) Reduce sleeping time - at least thinking 30 minutes on the bed before you fall asleep;

5) Forget cheese, butter, and yogurt.
