Simply, getting weight equals getting fat. Burning your fat

1) Deep Breath - at least 50 times per day;
2) Drink Tea - at least three cups per day;
3) Exercise - at least massage your belly for 10 minutes
per day;
4) Reduce sleeping time - at least thinking 30 minutes on
the bed before you fall asleep;
5) Forget cheese, butter, and yogurt.
